KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Build and manage a quality loan portfolio Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents
  • Monitor portfolio performance and collections
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate leads
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales target

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in a Business related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading a sales team
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills
