Job Summary

A dynamic and results-driven Projects Sales Executive to drive project sales, develop strategic client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with experience in B2B and project-based selling in the Hardware and Construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new project sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
  • Identify and participate in tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate internal teams for smooth project handover.
  • Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project or technical sales.
  • Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
