Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or a related field.

At least 5 years' experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces.

Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems and security technologies.

Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.

Knowledge of Kenyan security and safety regulations.

Experience in investigations, audits and risk management.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

High integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.

Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

Lead and supervise security personnel.

Conduct security assessments and audits.

Coordinate emergency response plans.

Manage access control systems, CCTV and security equipment.

Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.

Work closely with HR, IT, law enforcement agencies and security service providers.

Conduct security awareness training for employees.

Monitor security risks and recommend improvements.
