Summary: Logistics Manager role at Kilimall. Responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating deliveries and improving supply chain efficiency. Requires a relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or business management, strong logistics experience, and excellent coordination and leadership skills. The role is based in Nairobiwith duties performed on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop the logistics team.
  • Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation.
  • Control logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Track and improve performance using KPIs.
  • Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly desirable.
