  • Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree (MBA/Finance/Strategic Management or related)
  • 10+ years in Financial Services / Banking / Microfinance / SACCOs
  • 5+ years in Senior Management
  • Proven expertise in business growth, credit, collections, and operational leadership
