If i could give it negative 100 I would. The app purportedly works from anywhere... tell me why thye need to have a Kenyan line for it to work??? UX horrible. Lags it lags times out. Just horrible.

very poor. it's so slow and also loads forever,never opens. I wonder what happened to it. I even unstalled and installed again but no changes

the app is not good, i should be able to file return and pay without leaving the app, resetting password is soo complicated, disappointed
