We are seeking a meticulous Documentation Clerk to join our team at a Container Freight Station (CFS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing shipping and receiving documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma required; additional education in logistics or related fields beneficial.

2-3 years of experience in documentation and customs clearance within logistics or freight forwarding, preferably in a CFS environment.

Proficiency in iCMS, KWATOS, or similar electronic documentation systems.

Familiarity with MS Office applications for documentation and communication.

Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and documentation requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and regulatory authorities.
